the lack of gratitude is absolutely astounding to me like immense actually
take netflix
how many people turn over whole years of their lives if not decades
coming together to tell stories so that others may feel found or less alone or find something inspiring to help them navigate thru a moment or get sober or hold on
i found a friend on facebook who as an entire stranger went so far out of her way for me while also a mom with 2 young kids while also working full time that if i was ever asked if there was 1 person who saved my life like truly in a day-to-day time spent showing up way
who absolutely walked beside me as i crawled over broken glass for years
there is only her name
to reduce all this
in some sort of minimalist nouveau riche ascetic aesthetic like
oh actually it is a sign of spiritual luxury that i only wear my yoga clothes
is a wild posture
like steve jobs turtleneck style
