It's always a good idea to run your own relay to backup your own data. I run a Nostream relay for myself and I limit only myself with write access.

Do you know if it can run on a Pi also running LN & BTC core?

You can. I personally do not.

Yes, and you'll need to ensure that your relay knows to never expire or delete any content created by your key.
