Amathyst you can add images. Plebstr not yet, you need to use a link.
Video I have found tricky. Most seem to link to YouTube. You can also try nostr.build.

https://nostr.build/ is the gold standard. Supports a reasonable number of file types. Work flow is OK on mobile
