Nostr is what you make of it, by that, yes… and this is coming from a long-term X Premium user.

X is a blackbox algorithmic system designed to maximise your view time (ad view time) by learning what ticks you off.

Nostr displays exactly what YOU want it to display. Clients differ, and thus you need to find one that works for you, but #Nostr as a protocol is fully agnostic.

It's great if you don't run a relay. poster.place provides the best desktop experience. Amethyst and Iris use a social credit score to censor users. Damus is for freedom on IOS. Yakihonne is nice on mobile
