Nostr is all GMs, kittens, clouds, big eyed childlike bitcoin hope, feel-good memes and aphorisms.

But I'm here to shake it the fuck up. Is my opinion too edgy for you? Did you find yourself compelled to argue with me? Then I have succeeded.

Yes I'm a troll. But my trolling comes from a good place: I want to think more deeply about certain topics, and to get people to think about things in ways they don't normally do so... to broaden both of our perspectives. And sure there is bait in there sometimes, or sarcam, or provocation. I only troll in threads I started (I think).

Yet you haven’t stated an edgy or controversial opinion in this post.

Damn! I have #failed

Do better bro do better

Lol

There's still no easy or consistent way to separate certain types of topics and discussions imo.

Even if people want to get deeper in to a discussion, seems like pure luck on if they catch your note that talks about that particular thing. I rarely make it through my entire feed of missed notes. Some days I miss most of it due to life.

There are several people who constantly post things I'm interested in. Often I completely miss those posts and discover them many days later when I might randomly check their profile.

All I'm saying is, might not be totally a "people problem". I for one am glad the overall sentiment is lots of GMs and clouds, but I also see where you're coming from.

Playfully “provoke”, #wisdom may evoke…

I've done that for a while, only in a different manner. You're not one of the 90% of professional trolls in the traditional sense.

I've challenged the status quo a few times on the spiritual and economic side of things before.

Has sanity become edgy trolling? Or did I miss something?

You’re one of the more articulate people on my feed Mike.

Now and then I feel like I'm baiting people, like my tongue is in my cheek and I'm trying to provoke a response.

My little brother always tried to get a rise out of people, say something shocking, etc, and I never went in for it. But as I've gotten older I've started to.

Welcome back.

Bring it on.

Kittens are so 1995.
