Water or milk? My friend makes water and sweetens it with fruit, it's awesome. I used to make milk, that was great too. My 5yo used to love that.

I’m attempting kefir with milk. We love it but I’ve never made it at home before. What do you mean your friend makes water? 😱🤯🫣
There's a water kefir too! Different kind of mushroom (or how the hell is it called in english). For me it's too close to kombucha to try it out, but friend was feeding it dried mangos or peaches and it felt more bubbly. Nice drink.
