I assume you're asking because I salt before searing? Not to worry. I put the salt on within a minute of them hitting the grill so it only has enough time to dry the surface allowing an excellent crust. I also eat my steak between rare and medium rare so it stays plenty juicy.
Nevermind, just checked your page and why yes I do like my beef dried as well. The perfect road trip snack. When will you be coming to market and will you be shipping inside continental US?
