I like this guy. This is Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft taking over from Steve Ballmer.

Satya started as a technical marketing manager and worked up the ranks to become CEO. In many many ways he's transformed the company from the inside out, from the idea of what Microsoft is of previous generations.

Apart from the cash balance, the solid valuation and the products and services they offer, he's really done well to drive growth since 2019 basically eating Google and Apple's lunch.

Last quarter they achieved 61% growth in XBOX - and as a gamer, I must say the xbox gamepass subscription is great and the value added content for what you get is great. Makes sense.

With him at the helm, I think Microsoft will dominate the next decade.
