I need to find these somewhere local

Ramsons yeah?

A what? 😆

Ramps and in some areas they are called leeks. It is a wild onion. The taste is a mix of onion and garlic.

I usually just eat the leaves, the onion bulb is small and I like to let them go to seed. Taking one leaf from each plant allows me to later collect seeds. These leaves are eaten fresh, cooked, and dehydrated. I often eat these as a trailside snack during the short season

Weird 😆

Lol. Not many people note where they found ramps to look for seeds. I guess the whole note is weird, but I like weird. 😃

I've never had them. Hmmm....
