The worst part, is that the new place has a huge basement and an attic, but they're still full of the last people's 97 things, so we can't just move our trash there.
Impossible to throw anything away, in Germany. Garbage is forever.

Yes, but they're really picky.
Have to pay a lot, to throw the rest away, if you have a lot, but I think we're just going to pay. Tired of dragging a truckload of garbage from one house to the next.
I see. Yeah, might be worth it. Sucks to pay, but will likely feel quite freeing for the soul in the end!
