Is there some website that identifies all of known Nostr issues and has some sort of a tracker to show which are being worked on and resolved? Maybe progress tracker and a place for people to tackle specific problems to advance this protocol?

It's a NIP to describe NIPs.

Meant for 'custom/community' NIPs, but a NIP is a NIP.

Proof of Place for BTC Map.

Where BTC Map would Attest that a given Place had been verified out-of-band (i.e. we checked the npub was actually in control of the property claimed).
