You really just have to ask them the right questions so they have to find the correct answer themselves. Worst thing you could do is tell them. They won't take your word for it. And they really shouldn't either. It's a process.
Absolutely. That's the truth.
You have to meet ppl where they are. No one ever learns by being told. Same reason why kids dont listen to parents and why people have to touch the stove.
Telling ppl what they need to know will only harden them against anything you say.
