Having issues with RUNSTR tracking stopping mid-workout?

Quick fix - check your permissions:

iPhone: Settings → RUNSTR → Location → select "Always"

Android: Settings → Apps → RUNSTR → Location → "Allow all the time"

AND Battery → "Unrestricted"

Samsung: Also remove RUNSTR from "Sleeping apps" in Device Care

This allows the gps tracker to continue working when switching to

music or making calls.
