Additionally any relays with accurate NPUB creation dates?

In the past I would have said nostr.band, but it’s not really being maintained by the creator these days. You can also talk to nostr:npub176p7sup477k5738qhxx0hk2n0cty2k5je5uvalzvkvwmw4tltmeqw7vgup who runs npub.world.
