Oh no! Sorry to hear. What's your go to releaf? Indeed, sports are good for you but are they really?? Hahaha

Hadn't actually had anything for a very long time 🤔 but it seems at first glance the right knee is damaged because of weight lifting 😅 something with the meniscus and liquid forming, but tbc to be honest, might get an MRI in 2028 with the NHS if I'm lucky.

Thank you! 💜

Mine are beyond repair! Very little, if any cartilage left. Keeping my weight under control is the best relief. I pay for hyaluronic injections, expensive but are really good.

The NHS isn't fit for purpose mate, I try to go elsewhere. I really need knee replacement but I'm not doing that for at least 7 years.

HNY Juls x

Ah that's so painful 😭 A lady I knew needed morphine tablets for that same reason cause the rubbing of the bones was unbearable 🫂 I've heard great things about hyaluronic injections though. Glad you found that alternative to surgery even if costly! Is an investment.

Yeah not at all. I have another appointment with the GP tomorrow and depending on what they say next, I'll go private for my own sake 😂

If you can afford it, definitely better but I would go abroad. We (the British) have been brainwashed to believe our health service is the best. It really isn't.

Good luck 💜🚒🇬🇧😎

My mum keeps telling me to get a sabbatical and go to Spain to get a full check up. Might have to do that after all 😂

Spain is way better than here. I owe my life to a Spanish doctor. I often go to Lithuania or Russia.
