I just got turned down for yet another Bitcoin company. I'm glad I'm building my own business I guess.
I see all the panels and promotions of the so-called bitcoin HR companies, but in practice, there is basically zero interest in hiring anyone. I have a lot of plebs who are ready to leave their fiat jobs and getting denied everywhere ! Something is not adding up and cringe as fuck!
Yeah, it's definitely a bit sus. I'm glad these people didn't ghost me at least. 9 times out of 10, I never get any sort of response. Even if I get to the second interview, these people at least told me I didn't get the job, which I appreciated. It really sucks when you make it through a couple interviews and then you don't hear anything for three weeks + weeks.
If I ever get to the point of being able to hire people, I swear to whatever God you want, I will never do that to somebody.
