They probably still haven't figured it out yet. It is interesting how I don't want to pay those prices now. Now it makes me think I'm overpaying. You'd think they'd use some psych principle to stay ahead of this phenomenon. Unfortunately, there were enough people shopping for a monthly payment to not care about people who shop based on total price. I think that gravy train is coming to an end though. Subprime borrowers can only carry so much.
