I was led to believe it did. I don’t have the block height tho. The person who told me said the block height so I assumed he knew. I did not note it down tho
At least 1 sat/vB transactions are going through like a hot knife through butter. Feels nice!
Basically? Define, precisely, “clear”.

I think the colloquialism “mempool cleared” would be defined as “a block was mined when there were not enough pending transactions to fill the block”
There are some mempool consistency questions in there (thanks for calling out my use of “the” #[3] )
Yea, sounds like that was true for some miner mempools.
