I am afraid a censorship resistant protocol allows a lot of garbage people to express their opinion / ideas. Clients do not yet offer sufficient protection here (like filtering of hateful speech / nudity etc.). Right now, censorship resistance is somewhat related to lack of moderation (which is the whole idea). Hopefully soon we will get algorithms (OS and exchangable) that we can choose to help us protect ourselves against content that we don't want to see.
