When your body is trying to heal from trauma or disease, isn't one of the most important things that you get plenty of protein so your body can build and repair tissues? I would expect this kind of food during recovery would result in poorer outcomes for patients.

And good luck in those hospitals if you have a soy allergy.

The food in hospital is already really low in nutritions (at least here in Czech) and Germany just making it worse.

Maybe people finaly will undrestand that is much better to go to privite sector than to support state. 🤔

Phytoestrogens aren’t estrogen, nor do they act like human estrogen. They have a number of health benefits, including: lowering cholesterol, strengthening bones, treating menopausal symptoms, lowering risk of coronary heart disease, and reducing risk of prostate, colon, breast, ovarian cancers.

Whole food plant-based diet is the right choice for health and longevity.

I do not agree. I struggle with endometriosis and not only doctors (also people who heal this ilness) claim that soya is the worst food you can eat.

For me personaly meat is much better option for my health. And I have friends who were vegans and now they eat meat because veganism made them sick.

There is not scientific basis for the claim that soya is the worst food we can eat. Soya is a healthy food if consume in a whole food, non-GMO, organic form.

What causes endometriosis is currently unknown. So it can't be linked to soya consumption. Regardless, your personal experience with soya doesn't mean soya is bad for human consumption.

By the way, I sorry that you are struggling with endometriosis. From what I have read it can be very debilitating.

Eating a vegan diet doesn't mean eating healty. You can eat diseases promoting ultra-processed foods that make you sick and nutrients deficient. A plant-based diet is not the issue, it's the source.
