How this content addressable protocol is going to be different from say IPFS or DAT or whatever else ETH people are so excited about?
They are uploaded to https://nostr.build.
But I think we should do a NIP for content-addressed blob uploads. They would be only sent to relays that support the standard.
When we add lightning payments for bandwidth, many relays would probably be happy to store files.

It has a chance of working when you keep it simple in the nostr way, and incentivize with lightning payments.
