I guess companies will demand to be called *only* by humans.

This is to prevent their call centres from being flooded by ever-patient AI concierges that want to cancel a service or renegotiate the rates or ask a question 🤔

Also, they themselves will employ more AI helpers to answer the incoming calls 😅
