Just started a 3 day #fasting and 30 day cleanse that includes a parasite, liver and colon cleanse.
So far after drinking a half gallon of seawater, I didnt shit myself. The poops, they say, will be interesting.

Cleanse, how ? How does it clean anything ?
No food. Pretty damn cheap. A3 day fast has the same effect of a colonic.
The cleanse involves tinctures and potions to kill parasites and remove trash from the gut by Mucilix. And chugging salt water every morning.
But how ? How do these things remove parasites ? How could they remove parasites and also not damage you ?

Yes, correct. The substancea include wormwood, black walnut and grape seed extracts. Pumpkin seeds are known to be anti parasite when chewing and eating the seeds whole. Wasabi and horesradish are other examples. Most food served raw is paired with an anti parasite garnish.
I think the fiber is more of a foacculant. Old bacteria is starving on the intestinal walls. Along comes this indigeatible fiber. It hops on amd takes the poo train to the toilet. I should be in lossession of a new gut microbiome in 30 days
