I'm confused as to how someone managed to do this. What wallet was he using that does not automatically create a change address?
There’s been a lot of speculation on this tx.
Everything from wondering if it’s a 51% attack, not believing it was a single tx, thinking is’s a 2btc fee and not 20.
But to me, this points to someone that didn’t follow their normal routine, was in a hurry, etc.
Sorry this happened whoever they are, but you have to have good operational controls when you’re moving anything significant, with no deviations.
