A legal representative:

1. Cannot lie to his clients.

2. Cannot represent his client's opponent at the same time.

2a. Cannot do anything opposite or harmful to the client's interests.

3. Can be dismissed on the spot, rather than every few years, and only if a majority multitude of others vote to dismiss.

4. Cannot commit crimes in the name of his client, such as mass murder and theft, nor force the client to commit such crimes.

5. Cannot force his client to engage his representation, and pay whatever he demands for that.
