"User pay"

Not a new idea, but a very hated idea in most quasi-commie countries like Canada.

You have a car? You pay taxes for the roads

Your kid goes to school? You pay the taxes

Taxing childless people for schools is insanity in my mind. I like "user pay"

(Note: I have kids, and don't expect childless people to pay into that. I want to be taxed directly to fund my kids schools specificall along with other local parents with kids in those schools)
