Day 2 with the protocol was a good one. I found myself picking up my iPhone constantly throughout the day to use apps #Damus and #Primal.

I've never considered myself a social media guy. I've been on #Facebook, #Instagram, #TikTok, and #X over the last decade. I'm not reaching when I say...

#Nostr is by far my favorite. It's allowed me to begin to make connections and have conversations. It just feels alive compared to other legacy social media. For that, I am #grateful and #hopeful.

With that, I'm signing off. #gn

Nostr newb here too. So I gotta ask, why Damus AND Primal? I'm on Android, so I don't have the option of Damus anyway, but I'm curious.

Good to meet you!

Damus and Primal are apps on the Apple App Store that allow me to access Nostr from my iPhone. Primal also doubles as a client for my laptop so I can access Nostr there as well. As an Android user, the client you probably use is #Amethyst (I’m assuming).

I’m not sure if you know, but the Nostr protocol is consistent no matter what app or client you use. Some clients have different features and looks compared to others. It’s based on your preference really.

I hope this helps answer your question!

Ok, got it. I did start out using Amethyst, but soon switched to nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg (also available on Android) as I like the interface a bit better.

Good to meet you as well!
