I do. I started this because i felt I was eating too much junk. Now i have a better understanding of my diet and how it effects me. I have never really considered up to this point it was just food in rarely was there a filter. I am still playing right now with the amount of protein I require.

Pleasure to help in any way. My diet consists of any unprocessed food. Meat, fruits, *some, not alot of* veggies, eggs and dairy.

No seed oils, no processed sugar, etc.

Food the way God intended.
