Anytime you access a website you are revealing your IP address. This is not unique to nostr. You can mitigate this to a degree by using a VPN or accessing relays via Tor.
I would encourage reducing the number of apps you put your nsec/private key into. Make use of NIP07 browser extension and apps like Amber and Nsec Bunker to facilitate key abstraction.
