He‘s OK with Bitcoin, but won’t push for it to much IMO. He hasn’t studied it in depth.
He is more pro dollar than pro Bitcoin. He aims to get rid of the central bank and dollarize the economy, effectively put Argentinian people's fate in the Fed's hands.
Even if he legalised Bitcoin, it would be a net negarive for Argentina
Inflation right now in my country: 120%
