I've used simplex.com a handful of times. No KYC if it's $50 or under. Or it used to be, I haven't used them in about a year.
I didn't know simplex offered that. I KYC'd to buy on there. The Kyc question is to help a friend out. I don't really care what exchange or government knows I have for bitcoin
