Likewise, that is why many Bitcoin influencers haven't left, either -- because Twitter's network effect drives their content and revenue. They'll claim they have to stay to reach those not orange pilled, but if your content is good enough, your supporters would follow.
The impact of nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u or any other Bitcoin educator/influencer walking away from twitter from good, bringing their value to nostr instead, is a lot greater than the impact from complaining about twitter every other day on Nostr
But complaining about it on #nostr brings engagement and $

lol I haven’t made a dime off Twitter.
I don’t do this for the money. I do it because I want as many people as possible to learn about #Bitcoin
“If your content is good enough your supporters would follow” >> I don’t have “supporters.” Again, I do what I do for free.
I make money by working a fiat job.
Nostr is amazing and I have been a vocal proponent since early December. But Twitter still has value. Twitter still has reach. Twitter is where the Normies are.
Valid point. I query, what is “normie”? I am not being facetious, I have often wondered. I do know that I am not.
I was speaking in general and not pointing out anyone specifically. To those running YouTube channels/Pods/etc. with monetization, sponsorship, etc... they are making money off the content. Like you said, Twitter still has value so they're not going to walk away from their revenue streams.
