Samourai wallet which requires an Android phone I think.

I’m ordering a Pixel 6A for 299 bucks.

Yes a lightning node will be needed as well.

RoninDojo is the best for Samourai wallet. However, it doesn’t support running a Lightning node out of the box. If you NEED Lightning too, I’d recommend Nodl.
