How’s the blender work? I’m running an electric $100 wood chipper. Wet the biochar, grinds up a burn in about 15 minutes.

It's okay, but not the end solution. It would take 3 months to finish. 
Check out the Wen wood chipper from Home Depot. 5 gallon bucket in about 15 minutes. Wear a mask :)

That is the one, pickup a funnel as well. I wet the biochar, dry is really dusty, I’ll scoop with the funnel and dump on top. Push through with a push stick. Try to get a bag or tote wrapped at the base.
If the biochar is wet, you will need to open and scrape the sludge down, no big deal.
It makes it into the perfect size, rice size and smaller.
