A good idea is to break your TV antenna, the life of the people living in your house will improve.
In my house I blocked all the channels that offer trash TV so that my wife's brain does not suffer the dire consequences, although it did not help, she now uses TikTok.
Last time I had a TV in my house was 15 years ago.

That's commendable. I do still have one but I exclusively watch sport on it, that's it.
