Honestly I hope it doesn't. I enjoyed the Fantastic Beasts trilogy, the animation was π₯π₯π₯. Just leave it in the past and don't ruin it.

I only watch the first movie from that. I remember reading those original supplemental books back in the day, I loved the idea of seeing the underside of the iceberg of her story, and then seeing it as a movie based on the states caught me off guard. I enjoyed it, but I prefer books. There is more depth to them. I suppose I ought to look at the rest of that series.
The only non-novel in the series is the Beedle the Bard story book. Had I read any of it, I'm sure I'd be disappointed π. They were very pretty movies.
