This is spot on. Anyone worrying about the dollar value of bitcoin other that as a way to understand where we are on the adoption curve has lost the plot.
Long-term, the dollar value is irrelevant because long term there is no dollar.

I think dollar now act as dominator for trade only. The market already measure Fiat's in Gold.
Bitcoin price will soon be measure against gold, but the value for trade look like in dollar terms. The rest of the fiats against dollar so the economy can be trade with maths.
