i am grateful for the amazing pizza i ate yesterday, my body’s ability to keep pushing during a workout, and the sunshine warming up my skin.

the ability to move. the sound of the waterfall near me, and how the water cools the air under the trees. the filtered stream water heating over the rocket stove for coffee. ☕️ 🌲
