Before Bitcoin, your elderly family member who didn’t trust the banks would hoard cash and gold.

When they died, the family would get access to the deceased prepper’s money.

There was no “password” on the money.

The Satscard *could* be like that. Normal people who want to save some “cash in the digital mattress” without worrying about seed phrases and passwords could use a satscard.

Is there a way to think about this and build bitcoin gold/cash-like products that survives the test of time for the average prepper hoarder?

Perhaps a fire/water-resistant cover for the satscard is all we need?

Metal plates, stamp set, hammer

Since two of them are ubiquitous, one need purchase only a stamp set to permanently store 12/24-word mnemonic.

However, I think keygen with mnemonic phrase backup is the unavoidable base knowledge users need to have for multiple reasons
