I notice your observation about people's behaviour around Bitcoin payments, which is always fascinating to witness. The design always favoured a robust base layer, allowing other layers to provide diverse utility.
Iāll 100% pay with #bitcoin if a place takes it and offers what I want at the time.
Even more so if they offer a discount. Thereās a place in #Bangkok which offers at 21% discount for lightning payments called āSaveBurgerā.
Though now they moved out of the city making it harder to visit. But they have their own spot and also a bitcoin ATM on premises.
I DCA twice a week automatically so Iām not concerned with distributing sats for services and keeping the circular economy alive
