I am not interested to bet it, but its easy for it to be fake propaganda. I have now read the report in sued Deutsche Zeitung in German.. There is no way to 100% verify this case. All information has been censored and no personal information released. Unless you could attend the case in person (apparently it was mostly closed to the public). All there is to go on is a press release from the court and I found a case number. Still not enough to verify it actually happened.
