Best whitetail spike camp ever two years ago. We got to stay long enough to really be a part of the bush. The best part was a pot of “forever stew” that got placed on the wood stove to thaw each afternoon, allowing us to continuously add any small game we snared or judo’d near camp. Every evening it was different, and was so welcome after stalking and still hunting for many hours in the cold.
