I do not know all the details. But it was not safe, there was some nasty stuff going on. They tried to take 45 out many times.

The reason for this meeting was to give President Trump the heads up regarding more spying that was taking place, which is why certain rooms in the White House were being renovated during his first administration. Ostensibly, this was done to remove bugs placed to spy on President Trump, his family, and his administration.
