There is noone who would benefit from your attention. Your attention doesn't produce value. Only your own decisions do (zapping).

Sure there are. Marketing does profit from attention. That's why influencers are paid.

Right, but on most clients it would be your decision to follow the npub of that influencer.

If you decide to boot follow or even block the influencer's npub then you don't see his ads.
