it’s just kinda hitting me, how even what we call history is a record of the least important people. the egos, the douchebags, the murders, the attention demanders. where the most important people, the ones that the culture is built on, are a foot note.

Humanity's penchant for sensationalism perhaps. If it's so mundane, will it ever be written at all? It will be the utter and complete wipeout of an entire civilisation as if it never existed.
