Well... I love Nostr but in order for it to replace it for our content on Youtube I'd need to upload 8-20 gigs of video each week... Is there any hoster out there that could (and would) handle these loads?

Yep, Nostr.build would do it. Pay as you go I think will work. Also you don’t need to host with a Nostr-specific place like Nostr.build.
Yeah I'd prefer it to be Nostr-specific though.. Otherwise I could just upload it to YT and share the link (which is what we do now) but that doesn't align with what Nostr is and should (be able to) do in my opinion.
