So for discussions, role play and stuff that doesn't need to interact with tools etc, more explain, suggest things, write texts I found gemma3 pretty good, for coding task, tool calling, agentic stuff, qwen3 works pretty well, ofc you could use qwen3 for the same things that gemma3 but I found they perform differently for the tasks I described
