if I just have a little time for a sleep and want to be alert, I make a "deal" with my brain by saying: I'll let you fall asleep and rest, but you have to wake me up if there's something important. I also set the alarm for 18 mins. :P

Wow that's pretty cool, I can't do that 😭 my brain is untrustworthy😭😂 it tricks me into thinking my alarm is just bad music and that I should turn it off. Oo but isn't a sleep cycle 90 minutes? When I have to pull an all nighter I try to sleep for 90 minutes at least but then I end up sleeping for 4 😭. I used to be able to pull all nighters sooo easily, I think I'm getting too old for it. Or maybe a little burnt out 😅. I'll try your 18 minutes though, maybe I was going wrong with 90 minutes 🤔
