It is a tactic for when the mind wanders too far forward or too far back. Sensations, breathing, special places, focus on the clouds and the fields .. sometimes I add breathing exercises to the mix..

That is my #mindfulness.. however I follow because those that benefit from the practice tend to have characteristics in common with me.
