Have you ever tried the Walmart ones with the thick lace on the top? They have a nice strong elastic stretch so they are perfect. Might not be best for that look but 100% worth trying out.

The thigh high ones. I’ll take a pic of the exact brand/style the next time I’m there. The website wasn’t helpful. I THINK this might be them but I’m not sure. I’ll check when I go next.
